What happens if teams in 8th and 9th place have the same number of points?

  • The event is interrupted, postponed, or cancelled and cannot be resumed or replayed by the end of the following day (based on the original start time).
  • A tennis match ends due to injury, retirement, or disqualification.
    ℹ️ Exception: In some tennis tournaments, bets remain valid until the match is officially completed.
  • Goalscorer bets: If the selected player is not on the field at kick-off, the bet is declared void and settled at odds of 1.0.
  • Incorrect match information from third-party providers, such as:
    • Wrong team pairing
    • Incorrect start time
    • Incorrect odds

❗️ If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void, your bet on your Tipico Sport account remains valid if the match is resumed or replayed by the end of the following day (calculated from the original start time) – regardless of whether it takes place at the original venue or a neutral location.

❗️ If the match is not resumed or replayed in time, your bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded to your Tipico Sport account.

ℹ️ Good to know: Bet types that were already decided at the time of the interruption (e.g. Set Winner, Point Winner, Over/Under) remain valid and will be settled as usual.
