Why can’t I create a Tipico Sport account in Austria?

You’re trying to register, but it’s not working? There could be several reasons:

1. You already have a Tipico Sportsbetting account

If you see a message during registration saying an account already exists – but the password reset says no account was found – we’re happy to check that for you.
👉 Please send a clear photo of your ID (front and back) to our support team at customersupport@tipico.de. We’ll check if a Tipico Sport account already exists with your details.

2. You don’t live in Austria

Registration is only possible with a permanent residence in Austria. If you’re using a VPN, your location might be detected incorrectly – please disable it and try again.

3. You are not of legal age

To register, you must be at least 18 years old. Otherwise, creating an account is not allowed.
