Why is a withdrawal currently not possible?

You’d like to withdraw your balance? Great – we’ll help you meet all the necessary requirements. If a withdrawal isn’t working, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your balance comes from a promotion
   Promotional funds must be fully wagered before they can be withdrawn. You can check the current status under → .
2. You have an active promotion
   As long as a promotion is active, withdrawals are not possible. You can choose to complete or cancel the promotion.
   ⚠️ Important: If you cancel it, the entire promotional balance will be forfeited.
3. Your deposit hasn’t been wagered yet
   Each deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
4. Your account is not fully verified
   Under , you’ll see if any documents are still missing. Please upload them to complete your account verification.
5. Your payment method has been removed
   Payment methods that haven’t been used for 180 days are automatically deactivated. Make a new deposit of at least 10€ and then contact us via so we can enable the withdrawal for you.
