How can I request the deletion of my data?
Would you like your personal data to be completely deleted? No problem – you can request this at any time.
Here’s how it works:
- Contact our support team via the contact form and submit your request for data deletion.
- Please note: Full deletion is only possible if your account does not contain any active balance.
Important to know:
- If your account still has a balance, please request a withdrawal before submitting your deletion request.
- If the balance cannot be withdrawn, let us know in your request whether it should be forfeited or if you prefer a manual payout.
Your request will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as outlined in our General Terms and Conditions.
Once your data has been successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation via email.
